Signal-Gain Reflection/Transmission Type Raman Detector(Under R&D)
Raman spectrum analysis intrument has already been widely used in gas,liquid and solid element detection. Generally, Raman system is composed of three components: laser, Raman dectector and spectrum spectrometer. Because Raman effects are very weak (only 10-6 of input laser’s power is the raman signal), The sensitivity of Raman system is limited which triggers the limitation of application.
The general solution is using special film to enlarge Raman effects to increase the signal to thousand or even tens thousands times, but the film is not stable and reliable. Xuhai’s Raman detector can enlarge the Raman signal from 2-1000 times to different forms of matter using purely optical method under single fiber collecting optical signal.
Xuhai’s Raman detector using two method to enlarge the Raman signal:
1)Multiple excitation Raman optical system based on Xuhai’s unique boss cell,The times of excitation can reach 1000 times.
2)Multiple optical fibers collect Raman signal.
This kind of gain Raman detector can effectively reduce the cost of the whole Raman system, thus greatly expanding its application in scientific instruments, on-line Raman detection, Raman gas detection and other fields.
